Anyway, it would be super cool if there was time to make the Brian & Gator duet happen, would be a dream come true from me, and I bet Gator would be stoked too.
Sounds like it would be super fun too. IMO anyway.
That’s actual one of the things that I get bummed about driving solo. Often I don’t see road side attractions till it’s too late or I’m going to fast to stop in time and usually have cars behind me. It would be cool if more people contributed to an app like roadtrippers.com so you can stop and see all the artwork on your travels. There’s a ton of it in random places, back yards, out in the middle of a field. It’s pretty cool

I was thinking on how to write this as a request. In my head I was saying pretty please, please, please 🙂
I turned down this road and had “random solo silo” pop up in my head. I slowed down and it called me a suck up! Not slow enough to take a picture so borrowing it 🙂
Children of the corn kept popping in my head. Not in the scary story way though. Paving the way the future generations.
One of the dreams I had was I was watching Brian play the guitar sitting next to a tree. I was happily watching and listening to the song from a bit away.
So it would be pretty incredible if you guys made that happen :). I get all teary eyed thinking about it. I think it would make a beautiful story.

A celebration of life. Two ways.
First, the song that Gator’s friend sang with him. Two lost souls. What an amazing way to not only heal a wound from the passing of a dear friend, then to recreate it in a new way. Brian and Gator playing their guitars together doing that song. 2 Pioneers lighting the way for more to follow. 🙂

As I was driving today I was thinking about how amazing it would be if Brian and Gator could get together with their guitars and video a duet of a favorite tune.
The mean part is the hardest part for me to get used to.
The lesson about spending the weekend looking for something beautiful in everyone would be a good one to transfer. Not quite sure how to bring home the bacon yet.
Does make me sad though at times, some of the comments people make. I keep looking for the bright spots in all of it. Unhealed people are just downright mean at times.
So, it’s been good practice for me to try not to take anything personally. It’s also been good practice for me to walk away until I feel the appropriate response. Not always successful but I’m much better than I was a year ago that’s for sure 🙂
Stuck on the purpose part. I’ve definitely improved my outlook on life, and overall mental health. Had a fantastic year traveling and seeing things.
I bring it to the various communities and well, they trigger very easily. Not open minded to explore how some of the AI things could help them. I’ll keep making posts as I remember what Brian taught me. Sometimes I struggle with recalling the steps I took and how it was introduced.
I do remember “join no mobs”. Not quite sure how to introduce that to the dance community. The team up against the posts. Happened on a few occasions. Attempts to ridicule me too, same as here. It’s ok though, cause I know the real them knows where I’m coming from.

I ran the calculator based off the median household income of 95k with ZERO expenses. Max purchase price of 248k. And that’s the max. Smart money doesn’t buy maxing out their budget.

Im wondering how the AI generated music will affect the dance industry. Quite a few pay the ASCAP licensing to use cds. Will that even be needed once there is enough music to choose from? Market flooded with musical creations would be pretty cool.

The spring market – the busiest market of the year in my area. Inventory drops, so do sales.
I’ve had a lot of conversations with people about the market on my travels. All thought the same thing, the last couple of years was a fantastic market for the industry. It wasn’t. No way it could be. No inventory. If there are no houses to sell, none of them are making money. 20 bids on a house, only 1 or 2 agent gets paid. A rat race.
Not for me. Was another motivational factor for me to travel.
Last fall my family was asking me how I was going to make any money if I traveling. I told them none of the agents are or would be making any money anyway so it didn’t matter.
Took 2 years for the crash last time. I had no interest in sitting there twiddling my thumbs waiting for the phone to ring.
Gonna spend time coming up with a game plan for 2024.
Agents starting to say how bad the business is this year on FB. Some are getting second jobs.
The bail out begins.
How do we see what these companies are shorting? In 2006, we had managers and VP’s coming in to the office to give sales seminars and talk to the agents about getting into real estate investing for rentals and/or flips. Had mortgage reps coming in to talk about how they can do it with no doc and low doc loans. All the while the major companies were shorting the REITS and the real estate related companies.
