I don’t know how to write the prompt to get all this research but I did find this https://pubs.usgs.gov/circ/1970/0625/report.pdf I tried to tell chatgpt to read it and it wouldn’t. Here’s the excerpt of where gold is used when I asked:
Here are some of the claims made about the potential health benefits of trace metals, including gold:
- Traditional Medicine: In some traditional medicine systems, such as Ayurveda and Chinese medicine, gold has been used in very small quantities as part of various herbal preparations. These practices are based on historical beliefs rather than modern scientific evidence.
- Anti-Inflammatory Properties: Some studies in animal models and in vitro have suggested that gold nanoparticles may exhibit anti-inflammatory properties. However, the relevance and safety of these findings for human consumption have not been established.
- Electrical Properties: Gold is a good conductor of electricity, and some proponents argue that its electrical properties can positively influence the body’s energy flow. However, there is no scientific evidence to support this claim.
- Anti-Aging Claims: Certain beauty and wellness products contain gold particles and claim to have anti-aging effects. However, these claims are largely based on marketing and have no scientific basis.
- Wellness and Energy Balancing: Some alternative medicine practices claim that gold can balance the body’s energy fields and promote overall wellness. These claims lack scientific evidence and are not supported by mainstream medical communities.
Here’s the interesting thing about that report: I was thinking about gold in the heart. Looked and there isn’t a trace of it listed in the mineral analysis. yet its there.
There’s a list of bottled waters that have high magnesium but haven’t seen one of them in the store. This is the one I’ve found and purchased. Dunno if it’s the best, but it’s what I used.

Spent some time with this guy. Gave him lots of pets. He loved under his chin and the bottom of neck pet. He would stand way up, like trying to get on his hippie toes. His shell even looked like it lifted as he was pet.

Tongues still popping. Not sure why, not something that’s weighing on my mind. Who’s is it?
Collecting posts behind the curtain. What’s the hang up this time ?
Learned something new today. How to download Pinterest videos. Not that it was hard, just never bothered to try before. But, it popped and was super cute. Also reminded me of a photo exchange from last year. Right place right time?

The guy I used to live with took a massive heart attack last Christmas. Dropped dead on the floor. Luckily his new gf that’s living with him had medical experience. Gave him CPR and got him breathing again until the rescue team got there.
He didn’t drink the well water though. He drank the purified bottle water. I did try to get him to take the magnesium and black seed oil, but he would only listen to his doctors.
When I was living at my cabin I was drinking well water. I remember Brian making a post about it being tested, and it was at the home inspection. But, I don’t recall what he said to have it tested for.
The water keeps coming up
Popped in the thread again
A lot of times I will get repeated thoughts for days until I say what I need to say to the people/persons it’s connected to. Once I say what’s on my mind the repetitive thinking stops. At times it can be a bit haunting though, until I get it all out.
Shared this 1 yr ago today 😀
Maybe it’s symbolic and maybe not, either way, somethings off in the water works.
I don’t know much about all the minerals and metals and elements etc…
But I do know we evolved drinking and eating them as small particles in all our food and water. I have to think they all serve some sort of purpose as a result.
Magnesium content and a bunch of other stuff! Relaxing get away for a few hours.
Spa day today! and yesterday too 🙂
This was pretty nice, very relaxing.

@gatorman might enjoy this if he and his family hit the road for some quality vacation time.
Would be great for a group outing too.
I wish I juggled a little different to be able to do some of things they offered. Weather was bad though, so quite a few things not available.
Only downside, no wi-fi or cell service. Bit of false advertising on their end. “Free Wi-Fi” – nowhere in the campground. So a work on the road situation isn’t really possible unless you bring your own starlink system.
Mt Rushmore KOA at Palmer Gultch. The most activities available I've any campground I've been to. They had just about everything, trail rides, utv rentals, stage coach dinners out on the range, pools, hot tubs, ball games, even had their own rodeo once a week! pic.twitter.com/7awDcjc3RG

Borders on animal abuse IMO. The turtles had free roam and all the exercise they wanted. The birds, on lock down. Makes me very sad so I don’t want to think about it long. It’s just cruel.
I will say this though, it was amazing when I saw my first eagle and first owls in the wild. It also gives people a reason to go out an explore. See things, do things, be free things.
Connected, all the way around.
