      Love this.

      I’ve found linking the feeling with a quantified readout helps me use the feeling in the future.  Like knowing how I feel when my blood sugar gets too high.

        These are great.  Wondering about ways to regularly detox.  Should that be a consideration in the future?  Glyphosate?  Or ways to detox heavy metals like silica and activated charcoal?

            Hi all, Giancarlo.

            I run an applied neuroscience business, have 1000s of EEGs, interested in applying my practical neuroscience experience to personal AI, wearables, and improving human agency.

            I also have a good amount of experience in alternative health, interprofessional collaboration, and stuff.

            Lastly, interested in applying Christian foundations to pro-social AI development.
