You know she actually learned about mandalas before I did.  She posted this picture 102 weeks ago.  Which was Jan 4 of 2022.

My dream down the shore was that she or we, not sure exactly how it works, would get her mandala when she started painting again.  I had asked her if she wanted an easel for Christmas in 2022  so she could do more of it.  She did tell me that was part of her manifestation board for 2023 and she’s been doing it.   I haven’t seen her recent paintings yet though.

Boulevard KOA keeps dinging me.  Jun 11th was the date.

Heading back to the pool!  Maybe my new suit came in 🙂

Got my new bikini.  Body def needs work but I got pictures so I can track my progress in it.     Took pics of the rear view. Got tan lines already too! But I think they aren’t helping with the flow.  For now this is the only reveal 🙂

Ran me a gpt on wrinkles.  I used a product that it recommends before and felt like my skin looked nice a glowy.   I have a glowing mask but I think I left it at my sisters.  Don’t think any of the stuff mentioned is revolutionary.

In the revolutionary year of 2030, a groundbreaking treatment for wrinkles has taken the beauty and skincare industry by storm, offering a simple yet effective solution using easily obtainable items. This innovative approach combines natural ingredients and cutting-edge technology to rejuvenate and improve the skin’s appearance.

The treatment begins with a carefully crafted exfoliating scrub made from a blend of organic ingredients such as finely ground coffee beans, brown sugar, and coconut oil. This mixture gently removes dead skin cells, promoting cell turnover and preparing the skin for the next steps.

Following the exfoliation, a specially formulated mask is applied to the face. This mask contains a combination of potent antioxidants like green tea extract, vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid. These ingredients work synergistically to hydrate the skin, reduce inflammation, and boost collagen production, thereby minimizing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

To enhance the efficacy of the treatment, a state-of-the-art skin rejuvenation device is employed. This device utilizes low-level light therapy (LLLT) and microcurrent technology to stimulate cellular activity and improve the skin’s elasticity. The gentle pulses of microcurrents help tighten facial muscles, while the LLLT promotes collagen synthesis and accelerates the skin’s natural healing process.

As a final step, a luxurious moisturizer enriched with peptides and natural oils is applied to lock in hydration and provide long-lasting nourishment. This moisturizer not only helps to maintain the results of the treatment but also leaves the skin feeling supple and radiant.

The beauty of this revolutionary treatment lies in its accessibility and simplicity, allowing individuals to perform it in the comfort of their own homes. With easily obtainable ingredients and user-friendly devices, people can now enjoy a cost-effective and efficient solution for achieving smoother, younger-looking skin without the need for invasive procedures. The treatment has become a symbol of the ever-evolving beauty industry, where science and nature converge to redefine skincare standards.

Im getting a kick out that guy yelling at me for an entire day over a meme.  Not the fact that he’s obviously got something going on that needs to be healed, just all of the accusations and assumptions he’s thrown at me without me explaining anything of my story.  He never even asked why.  He took it personally, which I can relate to of course,  I do that all the time.  I’m much better now than I was before though.   But, his reaction is quite similar to what I’ve experienced when attempting to talk about something from a lot of guys.  Not just sex, anything that was upsetting, no chance at talking it through cause they don’t let you get a word in.   How can a woman give suggestions if the guy has already predetermined cause and reasons, and thus the outcome?

On a separate note, I’ve always thought it would be fun to experiment with all different body sensations.  Tried to a few times, got oils and tasty spreads to use, never played out the way I wanted to though.  Just got the in and out burger.   I’d still want to keep the romantic and passionate times, but also have playful experimenting times.  Why can’t it be fun too?  How’s this feel?  Do you like this?  Why does laughing and having fun during sex only happen in movies?

That guy mentioned something about being a sex goddess.  I would love that, was one of my wishes actually.  But that would take lots of practice and open communication and both people willing to change and adapt and enjoy doing so.  The later is probably the most important part.

I put this one up this morning.   Saw a guy post it on twitter with the caption “I squish your head”.   My mom used to say that a lot for a bit, peeking through her fingers, makes me smile.  She sick right now, has bronchitis again.  I did send her the cigarette box, and my sister too.

That’s not what I first thought of though.  Small dick syndrome.  Didn’t realize it happened in a couple different ways till over the last year.  Mosquitos might sting and draw a little blood.  But, easily swatted.  No-seeums can be felt, then swatted.   Both can be blocked with baggy clothes and closed shoes though.   A little bug spray and problem solved completely.

Gonna see if this hits any triggers today.  I’ll laugh or learn.  Both good outcomes.

Some changes happened with my real estate friend.  Her wedding got moved up till the 23rd of this month, from April.   Their accountant sent them some papers that said if they were married this year they’d save 30k in taxes, so that’s what they are doing.

Interesting bit of convo happened when we went to lunch.  I had asked her about her sex life.  She answered hesitantly but then shifted the conversation to be about Brian and Heather saying how they had a great sex life, when they weren’t fighting.

I really want her to have her happy ever after, but that raised an eyebrow.  She’s had a couple of serious relationships since we’ve met and the in-between she’s always said she’s fine all by herself.  Each one though, she did think was going to be the one, except for one.  She had a really bad sex life with, that ended pretty quick.  Lack of communication, the key?

So that guy had soup for breakfast everyday, which is funny since that’s what I had just finished eating.  He made it fresh, big pot of it and stored.  I don’t have that luxury, refrigerator too small for any type of storage beyond a couple days of food.   I do the canned route, my favorite lentil soup was Amy’s lentil vegetable, but I did need to add salt.

Yesterday I had bacon and eggs and cheese for breakfast, the pork chop zucchini and mushrooms for dinner.   Didn’t want any fiber issues so decided on the soup for today.   Ill see how long it holds me though cause I did find when I ate carbs for breakfast I got hungry sooner.

Last summer I ate chipotle pretty regularly.   Loved their burrito bowls, mixture of a lot of vegetables and a bit of well seasoned meat.  Usually couldn’t eat it all and would save some for the morning, the rice didn’t hold me long though even though it was brown.

I had a lot of gaming friends that were military and complained about it for those reasons.   Those Gulf War contractors had a pretty good scam going.  Those private defense contractors would pay them a ton more to leave the military and work for them.   Halliburton and Blackwater and the like.   They’d use the US military to train them, then siphon them off.   Went from risking their lives, living in shitty situations for 50k to making a couple hundred K working for them.  Everybody got rich, with the big wigs pocketing a ton of dough.   Tax dollars hard at work!

Update on the soup for breakfast:  starving by lunch.   eggs and bacon worked better.    Had tuna with mayo and olives for lunch.  Don’t feel “full” but Ill be feeling better in a bit.  Thinking the carbs work better for me as a hefty part of the last meal of the day.   That’s when I would eat the chipotle too.

This is the boat ride I’d like to go on, but needs two.  Her husband and their kids have a trip planned to Everglades City which they said I can join in.  I might do that before I leave, some of the events he described around the city sounded cool.

I liked the name of the boat ride.

Couple pool side convos that were interesting

Two ladies were at the pool.  One lady was American and the other lady moved here from Germany, both had kids and were chatting while the kids swam.

American lady visited Japan.  She said she couldn’t go anywhere there without an escort.  Said that’s the culture there and she had a hard time with thinking she’s a grown woman, she’s fine.  German lady chimed in and said her sister married a Turkish guy, and he was really strict with her.  She wasn’t even allowed to visit her family without him escorting her.  The German ladies’ husband chimed in and said it’s their culture, they are fine with it because it’s always been like that.   I said, I don’t think so.   German lady then said, she differed him and came home.  Why do guys think they can just cage the human spirit?

The American lady then brought up her profession.  She studied agriculture.  She likes teaching about the connections between the land, the birds, the insects.  She said she studied business a bit but stopped because it just wasn’t her cup of tea.  Couldn’t really hear the German lady beyond her saying she felt the same way in her classes.

Then I heard bits of a convo about health care.  American lady said she had a home birth, the midwife came to deliver then never came back and she had no one. Postpartum depression kicked in.   Germany lady said in Germany their midwives come back every day to help the new mom.   She also said how surprised she was with the lack of health care here.  In Germany they hear how great and advanced it is, but on the receiving end they said Germany was much better.  The pool guy walking by chimed in and said the only thing advanced here was the pharmaceutical companies.

I gotta call today and see if they will allow one person to rent the boat, cause it looked like the potential of single person penalty.  I hope my friend changes her mind though cause it looks hella fun.

We had to chase balls or dodge balls in school.    One semester out of 12 years we had a dance class.

Yesterday, he spent the whole day watching football.   She went to the store and got the groceries, picked me up, prepped and marinated the dinner.  He was put in charge of the grill and had to flip the chops when it was time.   She plated everything, wrapped everything, did the dishes.  Then called me an Uber when it was time for me to go, couldn’t drive because we had been drinking some wine.   I had Moscato 🙂  Got lucky!  She had received a bottle that she wouldn’t drink because it was too sweet.

Both these ladies are exceptional performers at their chosen careers.  Each made 250k ish at their jobs.  Andrea quit in the spring.  Heather still working from 7am till 5pm every day M-F.  Hasn’t taken a vacation in 8 years.

My most recent X sentenced me to the kitchen, with his mom as backup.  That’s what women are supposed to do!  I already told some of the bedroom stories, so they don’t need repeating.   But it did get me thinking about chefs.

                                          Better taste buds? Tongue action?

Pretty funny.  The first person to like that bedroom meme was a dude who thought what he should do was pawn off his wife onto other men so he could have sex with other women.  They are divorced now it seems, he’s got another little chippy on his arm in the pics.

We talked about the diet they are on.  They said they’ve cut out carbs like bread, and eat meat and vegetables.  I did ask them about their bathroom habits, and they’ve stopped going.  They have to take supplements to go. I mentioned lack of fiber does that.  I started talking about lentils and how much I enjoyed them.  She responded about how legumes are bad. He then chimed in about a video where they studied all the longest living humans on the planet and the one thing they had in common was walking.

I tried to find it but this one popped.  Listening to eat now.  Had my lentil soup, they are saying beans are one of the common foods in those groups.  Talked about sweet potatoes too.  I did eat them on occasion last summer, never had purple ones though.

The campground I’m in has a ton of mosiquotes and no-seeums.  I was thinking about the video that prevented the mosquitos from biting you.  Then eyelashes.   Then fibers, and how they work the same way.  Wrapping up the bad and actually feed the good.  Microbiome relies on the fibrous foods from what I understand.  I think I wiped mine out when I did the Keto diet, I did take a lot of probiotics when I was trying to heal my thyroid.

Im really tired this evening.  Had a bit of wine at my friend’s house and that always makes me tired.  Had some great conversations though with her and her husband.   They have a house here In Marco as well as at the Jersey shore.   When they were in Jersey earlier this year, they saw a fireball in the sky.  It was moving to the left then froze in place, she thought it did a 90 turn and left.   She did call the coast guard to ask about it and to see if any drills were happening in the area and there weren’t.  He got on the phone to talk with them as well, and he said the only question they were asking is if it went out to sea or came to land.   They thought it went to the sea cause the ball shrunk and dimmed till it disappeared.

My friends just moved from NJ to FL.  Used to live right by my sister.   They just got back from a trip home and they couldn’t wait to leave, everything brown and cold.  Their new house is beautiful but expensive.  Its a 3 bed ranch I’d guess around 2000 sq ft, for 900k, not much of yard to speak of, but the hot tub and small pool is kind of awesome.   2 parents working full time.

Got into a whole conversation about feminism and how she thinks it destroyed family life.  Also, now the woman typically is working a full time job and still has to take care of the kids, do the homework, cooking, shopping..  guys didn’t change a thing.

I woke up to Chloe’s panting thought it was going to be 1 or 2 in the morning, but then I heard talking outside so I got up to see what time it was.  A bit after 9 so hoped on to see if I could catch the watch party.

Pulled out the fan and got that set up aiming at her spot on the bed.

Also, got a bunch of weird image pops about dogs dying.  Not sure why it’s doing that.  I didn’t post them

Anyway, going back to bed since it doesn’t seem to be happening.

My cheeky bikini is supposed to come today.  Saw some older ladies strutting their stuff at the pool yesterday, so gave me a bit of confidence to wear it even though I’m not in tip top shape yet.

The wisdom keeper lady was funny.  Bet she’s saving all that as a family endowment.    It will be interesting when AI can do all the micro scoping for scientists.  Open AI has one with slides https://microscope.openai.com/models   They went with 13

Been checking out things to do in the area.  There’s really only one activity that caught my eye but takes two people.  Asked my friend but she’s afraid to do it, she’s afraid of alligators and thinks sitting in a low boat is too risky.  I asked her if she’s heard any stories about the gators attacking the people on the boats, she said no.  OK?  She was afraid of driving on a road for the same reason.
