    • Ai coding bot for IOS Hey all,   Re-introduction as I haven't been in here in months.  15 years digital marketer and currently freelance digital nomad. Curious if anyone has interest and or knowledge about the basic necessities to get an ai model to program IOS code. I am in the app space and see a huge opportunity to get in early on quick cheap coding services. I imagine we would need an actual coder to do QC and the very least and likely strategize the prompts etc. But as far as the AI model is there one best for this or already in the market? pic is just for eye candy.. one of my favorite midjourney creations Thanks JeremyHey all,   Re-introduction as I haven't been in here in months.  15 years digital marketer and currently freelance digital nomad. • Where to start? I’ve done grad work in “olde school AI,” but have had very little neural net experience. I’ve played with ChatGPT quite a bit and would love to have a similar personal offline AI that would not be limited by OpenAI’s rules and that would learn from our sessions. Also I’d like to develop some tools for the LLM to help overcome some of its natural limitations. How reasonable are these goals with current technology?I’ve done grad work in “olde school AI,” but have had very little neural net experience. • Saving Wisdom: The First Step Master Mind Group. The amazing @Gatornan posed a great question: how to preserve wisdom? https://twitter.com/pilot_winds/status/1662095940520484864?s=46&t=h6Uxy7hWc9UiXSt6FEoK-A   This is the path to my lifelong ambition to help everyone have a Wisdom Keeper. The AI distillation of your wisdom. I envision one first step to this is a cheap voice memo recorder given to elderly to allow them to record wisdom. Of course they could use a smartphone but I am sure you know this is problematic with the elderly. Even an old cassette recorder may work. Either way it should be simple and hold 100 or more hours. In the future it can be converted to text by AI and even the voice can be preserved. Let’s master mind this first step. Here are some questions I would ask anyone. Let us make 1000. What are your ideas? A list of probing questions that can capture a person's wisdom. These questions are designed to delve into a person's experiences, principles, and thought processes, thereby unveiling their unique wisdom. 1. Describe a time when you faced a significant challenge or obstacle. How did you overcome it? 2. What is the most critical decision you've ever made, and how did it change your life? 3. What are some important lessons you've learned in your life that you believe everyone should know? 4. What values or principles guide your life? 5. Is there a particular experience that shaped your outlook on life? 6. How do you deal with failure or setbacks? 7. What is the most significant achievement of your life, and what makes it so important? 8. What advice would you give your younger self if you had the chance? 9. How do you define success? 10. What are your thoughts on forgiveness and its role in your life? 11. Is there a particular person who influenced your life significantly? What did you learn from them? 12. What is the best advice you've ever received? 13. What do you believe is the role of love and relationships in one's life? 14. How do you manage stress and maintain balance in your life? 15. How do you cultivate positivity and optimism in challenging situations? 16. What do you believe is your purpose in life? 17. How do you handle criticism and use it constructively? 18. What's one thing you wish people knew about you that they don't? 19. Describe a time when you had to make a difficult ethical decision. What factors did you consider? 20. How do you build and maintain meaningful relationships in your life? 21. What is the role of curiosity and continuous learning in your life? 22. How do you approach problem-solving? Can you share an example? 23. How do you define and measure personal growth? 24. How do you navigate conflict, either personally or professionally? 25. How do you stay resilient during tough times? 26. What do you think about the role of compassion in our lives? 27. How do you make decisions? What factors do you usually consider? 28. What are some habits or practices that have significantly impacted your life? 29. What are your thoughts on the role of perseverance and grit in achieving goals? 30. How have your beliefs and views evolved over time, and what prompted this evolution? These questions are designed to evoke in-depth responses that reveal a person's wisdom, beliefs, and principles. It's essential to maintain an open and non-judgmental environment during these discussions to encourage candidness and authenticity. • Center For AI Safety. The Center For AI Safety. Is yet another organization form to keep AI “safe”. Souls AI be “safe”, why of course. But never mentioned is the definition of “safety”. In almost all cases the we are left with a good fear word and may in fact become an Orwellian opposite concept. So as you can tell I take most of this in rear form for me, very lightly. You can help as I will in any public appearance is to ask a question: “Please define your fears and what safety are you proposing. Please be precise” I have asked this question for decades and I have yet to receive a precise answer when the person hyperventilating “safety” is asked. Usually you get a good insight from folks that don’t use this word in this manner. What are your thoughts? https://www.safe.ai/statement-on-ai-risk? “AI experts, journalists, policymakers, and the public are increasingly discussing a broad spectrum of important and urgent risks from AI. Even so, it can be difficult to voice concerns about some of advanced AI’s most severe risks. The succinct statement below aims to overcome this obstacle and open up discussion. It is also meant to create common knowledge of the growing number of experts and public figures who also take some of advanced AI’s most severe risks seriously. Mitigating the risk of extinction from AI should be a global priority alongside other societal-scale risks such as pandemics and nuclear war.” The Center For AI Safety.
