Recently Discovered Soviet Research Points To A New Form Of Energy Produced By The Human Brain. Part 1.

Something extraordinary began to surface in laboratories and closed research facilities across multiple nations in the shadowed corridors of the twentieth century, Quiet teams of scientists, working far from public view, encountered patterns of influence and information that refused to fit ordinary explanations. The work was never announced, rarely published in full, and almost always wrapped in layers of classification.

What started as scattered, carefully guarded inquiries in several countries gradually converged. Different traditions, different experimental approaches, and different theoretical languages all pointed toward the same elusive domain, an ability of living systems to interact at a distance through means no conventional instrument could fully account for. The implications were too significant, and the results too unstable, to be left in the open.

By the middle decades of the century the most concentrated and best-resourced effort had taken shape in one particular state. There, the scattered threads were drawn together under sustained institutional support. Specialized instruments were built, gifted subjects were studied under controlled conditions, and theoretical models were refined in secret. The scale of the investment, the breadth of the inquiry, and the seriousness with which the work was pursued set it apart from everything that had come before.

Even now, decades later, large portions of that culminating program remain sealed or only partially recovered. The technology—if it can be called that—was never fully revealed, never fully explained, and never completely dismissed. What survives are fragments, translated summaries, and the persistent sense that something real was being tracked in those closed rooms, something that still resists easy understanding.

I have been tracking this subject for decades and recently I received a donation of data for AI model training from the former Soviet Union. I have yet to get more than 2% of the data, however I have already made a number of discoveries. This discovery I more of a thread that links back to formerly classified US documents, ironically tracking the very work I now see in these documents.

It is my aim to open source these materials, however my insights and how I see this technology I will keep only with members at this point for many reasons. Nebulous? Yes.
