So I was thinking earlier that if the sun and the moon were connected and you drew a line down to the pituitary gland, that’s a trinity.
Then you’d draw a line connecting the left and right side of the brain. That would make an upside down cross.
But if you add in the heart, you’d have a higher and lower trinity.
You think this guy was murdered? 57 and died of a drug overdose. He survived the most reckless years and died a seasoned vet of drugs? Accidental fentanyl?
Seems fishy.
You’d totally be able to get the ladies off their pedestals if tipping for smiles was a thing.
You know, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is another ingredient in Chloe’s hip & joint supplement
Should I be splitting her soft chews three ways?
Chloe did great this morning. I changed up a couple things. Instead of giving her pain medicine with her breakfast I gave it to her with some cheese a couple hours ago. I did her first walk of the day with her braces on and she had a lot of energy. She made it all the way down to the dog park and half the way back before her hind quarters really started dragging. The brace people did say she had to build up the muscle for them, they were like adding weights to their feet. But she was pretty coordinated all the way there.
Trying it mid day or after driving when she’s already anxious might have been my mistake. Both got walked separately this morning instead of together too. Which made it easier for me to control Suki, which has been a problem lately with my focus on Chloe who’s much slower.
After I brought Suki back I got my phone and went on a gator hunt around the lake they have here. Says not to bring your dog so I didn’t. But I didn’t find any gators or frogs for that matter. Where do they go when it’s low 40’s? Are they even aggressive at that temperature? I kept thinking of the lizards falling out of the trees when I was in Florida last year. Does the same freeze type thing happen to other reptiles?
What I did see was a reminder of the park I wanted to go to, which turns out to be a cemetery. But! It tied in with where I’m going today as well as little wiz’s friend’s pineapple comment. Spanish Moss!
https://www.hiltonheadisland.org/island-time/wellness/spanish-moss-true-storytoday was pretty awesome for Chloe. She did great with her braces this morning, then played catch awhile in the ocean. And tonight, I took her for a stroll around when we got the campground and she didn’t knuckle drag once! Wondering if that cold bath helped her along with the supplements. Looked it up, said cryotherapy is good for arthritic conditions. She was really cold when we got back from swimming, she started shivering. Got her dried off and she warmed up as we drove. We are all pretty tired tonight.
TEST

Didn’t get to see one of the places I had planned for today, they didn’t want my kind there. Hilton Head seems to be pretty hoity toity , most areas are private communities that we drove through and RVs aren’t allowed. Wanted to see this really old Oak Tree that was by the Rear Range Light house, but was denied entry. So we went straight to the beach. Just as well because my Barnegat Lighthouse pics were awesome, and that one worked.
Was remembering Woody Woodpecker this morning, used to watch the cartoon. Remembered also that my stepfather had a giant woody woodpecker fort kind of thing made for us when we used to live in Fishtown. Woody musta been 8 feet tall on both ends. The fort part was a little house, but had big open window holes. Never really understood why he got that for us. I liked the cartoon but didn’t want the house. We never played in it either. It just sat in the yard.
This was different! My iPhone movie pop put together a bunch of pictures from different stops I made. It used to only do one day’s pictures. Today’s video was a collection and it named it itself. Used to only put the date too.
I had just got in from walking the dogs. Did Chloe first again. She didn’t do as well as yesterday with swinging the leg, today she used the brace more as a crutch to push off with her leg. Not sure if that’s good or bad, but hoping it’s working her thigh muscle out a bit more and if she builds the muscle memory of keeping the foot lifted a bit then her normal walk will do that without it not drag her toes.
Took Suki on a walk around the lake where I took my morning picture. There’s lots of open fields, but no free space for off leash running. So took her for the long walk to burn a little energy.
Also learned this morning Spanish Moss has magical properties. I kept thinking about Voodoo dolls yesterday, turns out they call them Hoodoo dolls with the Spanish moss stuffing I think. Kind of confusing with voodoo, didn’t even know there was two types! So I did it on LLava:
Hoodoo and Voudou are two distinct cultural and religious systems that originated in different parts of the world. Hoodoo is an African-American folk magic system that developed in the southern United States. It is a form of spiritual practice that combines elements of African traditional religion, Christianity, and other religious and cultural influences. Hoodoo is often associated with conjure, rootwork, and folk remedies, and is used to bring good luck, healing, and protection. Voudou, also known as Vodou or Voodoo, is a religion that originated in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. It is a syncretic religion that combines elements of African traditional religion, Catholicism, and other religious and cultural influences. Voudou is often associated with magic, spiritual possession, and ritual dancing, and is used to communicate with the spirits and seek their protection and guidance. In summary, while both Hoodoo and Voudou involve spiritual practices and rituals, they have different cultural and religious origins, and are practiced in different parts of the world.
I may be in the Hoodoo home state!
You guys are def being cheap with the meat today.
And Im saying guys cause even though I think it’s all the same person, its all different personalities. Nobody came out to play, just past time posts.
Something came to me in the shower…
“If you don’t push your limits while you’re young, you’ll be afraid to when you’re older.”
I was thinking about the people I met in Key West. One of which was a young female, we went kayaking together. Turns out she’s in Savannah this weekend, gets in tomorrow. She reached out on FB. Hoping we can grab lunch or something, because I leave Friday morning.
But, that reminded me of my other Key West friends that were in Sugarloaf. They travelled together, all 4 of them. Though I only really spent time with the 2 sisters. They kept telling me how they wished they could do the things I was doing and how they’d rather go with me then be there. The two sisters could easily peel off of the group, combine their resources and go on an amazing adventure if they wanted. Able bodied, just afraid.
That reminded me of my conversation with my nephew. I was telling him lots of folks set out to travel and see the country before they settle down in a job. If he got skills that allowed him to work remotely, he could earn as he went. Then I stopped myself. And I told him if he got hands on skills, he could network in the RV communities and get work at each stop. If he travelled with a girlfriend, she could do the same. Told him about the homeschooling families too. Then I remembered his long baths and showers similar to mine.
I spoke with niece this morning. I had sent her a gradient display of succulents that were very pretty. Like a pastel version of the chakras. She said she loved it and wanted to make it. I told her she could make them with soap if she wanted and sent her a video.
The back of my arm has been hurting. Feeling like I needed to stretch it. So I lifted my arm at the elbow and laid it on the shower wall and rested my head into it. I started rocking my hips back and forth. Then thought when does a dry hump turn wet?
Then I thought wtf is even going on right now, and got out.
An interesting thing happened today. I woke up with a stuffy nose. Thought I should take a dose of my vitamins. Then when I was at the graveyard there was a statue there of a girl named Gracie that died when she was 6. She was a lone grave site in there at the time and the guide said the kids used to come and rub her nose for good luck. It was rubbed so much that it was rubbed off and they had to reconstruct it. Im remembering a clip in the Britney Spears vid of the circus son where she makes a motion like she’s rubbing her nose as I was typing this.
Anyway, as I was walking along the street today site seeing I passed a house that had Kumquat trees outside. So I helped myself to a few and got some all natural Vitamin C 😀

They require a resume.

Kinda funny. Not sure Im any good with writing those. Still waiting to officially hear if the last one I submitted got accepted or not, probably been about a year now.
Funny the beach movies popped as well. I’m planning on going to a dog beach tomorrow. I couldn’t get in touch with any of the hydrotherapy places to bring Chloe to and her back legs are very weak. I feel bad for her knuckle dragging on the rock driveways. She gets all tripped up in her braces too.
The campground I’m staying at is very cute, just a little noisy because it’s very close to the highway. I’ll post pictures of it tomorrow on FB but it has a little wine & coffee bar in their check in area. So I went there for dinner and met this really nice couple that are also full timing. They are staying at the Thousand Trails which is next door to the KOA I’m at. At first, I was disappointed I didn’t pick it cause it would have been free for me to stay at. But, then I decided it was worth having an evening to sit and chat with people instead of sitting in. I wouldn’t have met them if I were over there, because they came here for pizza and drinks.
We had a great conversation too. They are heading back to Texas to go to an RV technician school, he wants to have repair skills to market while they travel, and probably to save some money too. They worked here for the summer. Was a 6 month commitment though. Some KOA’s only require 4 months. Some get openings mid season because people quit, so time frame could be shorter. This is how they find the jobs. https://workatkoa.com/
You must have made that cookie post around the same time I was seeing the cookie cart. Which is pretty funny. I made this post a little while later
That dolphin story popping up when I logged in made me smile. I don’t know much about electric currents, but the wikipedia picture looks like a smiley face too 🙂
Are the letters and numbers correlated? That’s a 10
Also didn’t catch on that I did 5 the first day and was targeting 3 the next till yesterday afternoon. I was all over the place for what I wanted to do here in Roanoke and kept changing my mind. Then when that came to light I did got them on the books!
The Minnie Me 🙂
Came across it yesterday looking through some of my FB pictures. I’m going to ask my mom how old I was in this picture
