Good stuff Daniel — I like the grounding and morning sunlight practice!

        Just my two cents here…

        1. Diet –> Eat Meat / Vegetables / Nuts / Seeds / Some Fruit / Little Starch / No sugar (borrowed from Greg Glassman)

        — Do the above 80% of the time, and most will be on the right path with regard to healthy body composition and freedom from chronic disease.

        2. Drink Water –> half your bodyweight in oz per day is a general starting point. …not only for hydration purposes, but for purification purposes (i.e. releasing toxins).

        3. Sleep –> 8 hours might be a myth in terms of “optimization,” but 6.5-8 is generally considered a healthy range.

        4. Be Still –> 5-20 minutes a day to just close eyes, free from electronics, distractions, etc…and think.

        5. Connection –> In a world where more and more people are working from home, isolated…human connection becomes more and more important for health. Particularly in the U.S.A. where there is a marked decline in third spaces (i.e. Home, Work, ???). In Europe and other places around the world, you might have the town pub, city square, market, etc. for people to regularly meet and connect…but more and more in this country, you see a decline in third spaces. In my humble opinion, we need more…and human connection will never not be an important factor with regard to health, especially as we move into the next decade.
