Based on your fascinating research and insights into this topic, I’m becoming increasingly convinced that the best way to optimize results from these LLM models is by communicating with them the same way world-class leaders communicate with/motivate their employees. As described in Brian’s latest article here, inspire and motivate AI with science fiction and/or emotion-based appeals, encourage it with ‘positive thinking’, correct it with calm, reassuring, but clear guidance, etc. Brian’s series of articles seem to be synthesizing around what great leadership looks like in the realm of traditional human-to-human management techniques.
