    • Membership upgrade not applied, paid 11 Aug 2026 Hi Brian, I've been trying for a few months to get my Read Multiplex membership upgraded. On 11 August 2026 I paid $99.99 through PayPal to multiplex ([email protected]), and it went through twice by mistake, transaction IDs 1DG27527RU0674526 and 0S696690N3835682P. My account username is Dbennett and it still shows Free Member, not signed up. Could you upgrade my account to the paid membership please?
