      I am running windows on a Kamrui mini PC.  I downloaded and ran the gpt4all-chat.exe application.  I opened it and downloaded the gpt4all-I13b-snoozy model.  After the download, I open the gpt4all application, it opens and closes back down after 5 seconds.  I repeated over and over only to have the same outcome.  Why is this happening?  Help please…..
