Band takes you through a story of nature and humanity An interesting take from a band. https://youtu.be/PUf9_1jsCyY Not too often you see a band create a music video with no lyrics with a montage of evolution and history involved, and jumping into AI. I came across this video today. I haven't followed them closely, but I do remember seeing these guys on my 21st birthday in Chicago. That was almost 19 years ago. This just fell into my lap today. This video did pull a tear from my eye just with emotion it's conveying with nature and humanity. To me it feels honest. Parts I liked: Intro - calm, nice drum syncopation. Nature. How we came to be. You rarely see productions like this these days. Similar to a Philip Glass and Koyaanisqatsi production. It's too bad we don't see more of these. Historical montage with bass riffs. Ending AI controls everything whatever dream - doesn't say, but it's interpretive and messy. Hands touching at each period. Parts I didn't like: AI will turn bad. Can understand mortality without skulls and bones. Rocket scenes representing war looked more like fireworks? Burning rose imagery means nothing to me, perhaps someone can explain? Broken glass, and pottery plates, something is not connecting here. What am I missing? I felt the song could have used a small breather, but it just continually went up in hardness factor.
