@Brian I tried to cancel my auto-renewal of the 99$ subscription unsuccessfully, I also tried to ask in the forum but my post was deleted
I do not want to be a subscriber anymore and I would like a refund

I have a 12 months subscription that is expiring the 11th of March and I do not want to pay another 99$
I cannot find a way to disable the auto renewal in this website and I also tried to contact you via X (Twitter)

Please help!
