If you have enough room to do a Pear Tree Guild, you can grow your own medicinal garden.  Pears have a decent amount of silica, and some are self fertilizing so you can have a full garden of natural medicines in a relatively small space

There’s a lot of info out there on some of the herbs that detox heavy metals.  Have seen quite a bit on Cilantro in that regard

What would be absolutely amazing is if the stirling / solar farms were to work with the permaculture gardeners.  This is the closest picture I found so far to what Im thinking.  They call it Agrivoltaic Solar Farms. The dishes would need a different layout since there would be a lot more shade behind, might even need water collection system to water under it.   But the permaculture guys could design the whole thing to have food for people, food for the birds & animals, maybe even natural swales and channels to retain the water along with ground covers that are good for the pollinators (clover / dandelions).

They are growing grapes here, but the bare ground is a big no-no.  Depletes the soil health and kills off the micro organisms.  Can’t retain the moisture that way either.

The main issue I take with a lot of these solar farms is the desecration of the natural habitat for the plants and wildlife.   Ecosystems are destroyed with their development.   There needs to be a way to incorporate them into the landscape while preserving the biodiversity that existed.  It’s their world too.

The Explorer – image courtesy of @larry-liu

This one takes a different approach.  I’m a visiting the art studio.

The art instructor is standing in the room as I walk in, beautiful smile on her face.  I smile and walk past and explore the room.  I see all kinds of artwork through out display on partitioned walls that don’t reach the ceiling they are about 8 feet tall.  The ceilings are high and lots of lighting shining down on all the displays.  I walk to the back of the room, the instructor is standing there greeting more guests as they arrive and I head through the back door.

                    Swimming here.

Imagining diving in.  An icy chill but refreshing.  Swimming out to the middle, going under again to feel the cold water on my face.  Zooming out to watch myself.  Raising my hands to brush the hair back from my face.   Looking around and up to the sun.  Back inside, swimming to shore.  I have a towel laying on the grass there and ready to get out and dry off.

                      Walking here

This one I imagined walking through the field.   I’m switching back and forth between being the person and seeing the person.   My look is different, I have long brown hair and wearing a yellow dress.  I go back into myself and look down as I place my hand on the top of the flowers to feel them brush against the palm of my hand.  I look forward towards the mountain and can feel the flowers and grasses brush against my legs.

                        Sitting here.

Im sitting on top of the hill for this mental imagery.  It’s a rest stop.  Enjoying  the beautiful view looking over the town and watching the boats go by.  I just pulled out of myself to see myself.   Watching the wind blowing my hair,  My eyes are closed and feeling the wind against my face.  Returned to home position to feel it and then opened my eyes to see the scene again.

This picture made me smile, I immediately though how much fun it would be.

                          White water rafting here.

This one had me thinking a group of people in a raft.   I was standing on the shore watching myself in the raft  laughing and having fun with friends.  We were all wearing life preservers over our bathing suits.  Paddling down stream.

Funny you bring up self-prompting.   @Larry-Liu just created a great poem with an amazing image to accompany it.   Poetry is right up your alley, so I think you’ll appreciate it’s usefulness.

I love you already!  So much so I’m bringing you flowers 🙂

Had some questioning the meaning of images and I’ve tried to cover what some of the images and symbolism mean to me, but this does a superb job in explaining more specifics. I’ve looked them up dozens of times but can’t remember them when asked.  This helps tremendously.

Nice to meet you btw, @klara   Hopefully @donnelly can chime in with any questions he has if this doesn’t answer them.

Stocked up on the coffee 🙂  Grabbed a bottle of vitamin water too on the way.  Sounds good, kinda sweet, does it do anything besides adding extra calories?

The introduction of  unicorn images to my stories was very empowering for me.   It gave me the confidence to be different.   That was beginning of feeling comfortable being myself.

I did picture dancing with Brian to this song, on the moon.  It’s a foxtrot, one of the easiest dances to learn. Musicians have great rhythm so super easy to keep time while moving.  Maybe can make it a group class if a 1 on 1 is too intimidating.

I see your point.  In the very beginning of this I did say to myself, I’m going to experience all of it.  So I did.

I can only compare it to dancing being able to switch roles from leading to following depending on circumstance.

Currently I only use corrective lenses while driving.  And only glasses as well, no more contacts.  I did downgrade my eye glass prescription, but only use them when really needed.

I did add in a little bit of sun gazing first thing in the morning, there’s a lot of mixed reviews on it though.  My quest for improving my eyesight started right after I was prescribed tri-focals.  I did find more sun exposure in general improved the reading aspect, not sure if I actually needed to look directly at the sun.  There’s a pretty big disconnect between various cultures.
