When I got my first house I asked me mom to write down her favorite recipes for me so I could learn to cook. I don’t have it with me but she wrote it in a book that looks similar to my diary. Im not remembering actually making any of the recipes, and I don’t have it to see what’s in it but what I remember:
Texas Trash
Spaghetti and Meatsauce (was the sauce recipe)
Potato Salad
Shrimp Salad (might have crab salad too)
Macaroni SaladIm not sure who Dennis is but he apparently lived in Jersey when I lived in Philly. It’s not my cousin cause he’s lived in PA his whole life.
And I’m posting this one too cause it made me LOL.
I’m not sure why I wrote it, kinda mean, but I remember liking Dorothy.
I can to the conclusion we all need dream journals starting when we are little kids. I mean that in pre-school years. I was thinking about the dreams from when I was little and how I had nothing but vague memories. And then how Jess has her artwork displayed around my sisters house. We did all color and those should be saved to, like a photo album with their pictures and maybe the parents could write the stories they say when they are written.
I know you told me to write down all my dreams when it first started. I didn’t do it for most cause I didn’t know what they meant. The important ones stuck though.
Then I was thinking about my childhood diary which I repurposed to write my dreams in, strangely enough, or not.
Why are diaries taught to be kept secret? The parents that are aware could help them find their way at a very young. The building blocks should be different that it’s a shared adventure.
Im going to take some pictures of my childhood entries.
Now I’m back to the words “Believe it to see it or See it to Believe It”

When is your birthday for real???
When I wrote this I was getting a vanity for my birthday present from my mom. I wanted a place to put all of my hair and makeup stuff. I don’t recall using it much other than in the beginning. My step sister did though, she was very into hair and makeup and became a hair dresser.
Cindy and Colleen were our childhood best friends. Similar set up to us, both blondes, Colleen was my bf and Cindy was my sisters.

I took the dogs out this morning, Suki wouldn’t go and just ran back inside. On the other hand Chloe kept going and going and going. I had a bunch of dog shit to clean up all over the place. Then she got super happy feet and we went for nice trot down the lane.
Which reminds me of what I was thinking in the hot tub this morning. I was trying to remember if in the dream I taught you the foxtrot basic or the box step. Maybe it was both.
The entries made me laugh, happy tears though.
We do have a beautiful story, if you want it.
Ill save the rest for when I get a response.
Bob Marley movie coming out, a repeat of the ending to the Jesus story. Both die to get the message out and that’s how the story ends. Releasing on Valentine’s Day. Killing hearts time and time again.
