Hello,

I am not sure, but it appears my membership is not allowing me to view the Part 4 complete article, what I see appears to be only an abbreviated non-member preview. I have verified that I am able to see the complete Part 3 article, the issue does not appear to be on the client side.

I could use some assistance, thank you, Mark
