Awesome prompt Johan!
I generated two nice workouts with it – going to do them today.

Hello! I would like to focus on total body, that is all parts. The goal is to maintain a zone 2 cardiovascular state.</div>
ChatGPT
Great choice! Full-body workouts can be really effective for overall strength and fitness, and maintaining a Zone 2 heart rate is excellent for cardiovascular health and endurance.
Based on your goal, here’s a 20-30 minute bodyweight exercise session I would recommend:
- Squats – Squats are a fantastic full-body exercise, with a particular focus on your lower body. Let’s start with 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
- Push-ups – Push-ups are a great way to work your chest, shoulders, and arms. Let’s aim for 3 sets of 10 repetitions. If traditional push-ups are too challenging, feel free to start with knee push-ups and gradually work your way up.
- Lunges – Lunges are another excellent lower body exercise that also engage your core. Let’s do 3 sets of 10 lunges on each leg.
- Plank – Plank is a fantastic core strengthening exercise. Let’s do 3 sets of a 30-second hold.
- Jumping Jacks – Jumping jacks are a great full-body exercise that also serves as a cardiovascular exercise, helping maintain your Zone 2 heart rate. Let’s do 3 sets of 30 seconds.
Remember, the goal is to keep your heart rate in Zone 2 throughout the session, so take it at your own pace. If you need to slow down or take breaks, that’s totally okay. Also, focus on maintaining good form throughout each exercise to prevent injuries and maximize the benefit.
Remember, fitness is a journey, not a destination. Enjoy the process, and I’m here to support you every step of the way!

May 28, 2023 at 1:21 pm in reply to: Introducing Archetype 0.2: Your ULTIMATE Archetypical Persona Creator #14027Larry, that is an awesome summation. I appreciate you sharing those insights as I’m one of those who often used conciseness early on in my testing.
I tested your archetype prompt with four people (Tesla, Hume, Jung and Wilde) and had a fun with it. Can you share what is the power of using the chevrons for your first persona (<<<<<Jordan Peterson>>>>>)?

I agree with you that GPT3 is where the fun is at. The responses are crazy. I’m curious as to why the responses to Brian’s prompt from this thread produce – what appears to be – real conversations or code.

I can’t use most of the super prompts with GPT4.

Hello everyone!
My name is Jon and I am a high school teacher in Southern California, USA. I want to learn how to leverage AI to improve students’ learning experiences. I’m excited to learn from this forum and hopefully provide value in return.
