Hey guys 🤗 I’m Donna from Scotland and I’m very excited to be part of this group. I was riveted watching Brian talking to Jordan P on his podcast – mind blown – more specifically. Absolutely, love the idea Brian is working on of a personal ai/ yoda that knows you better than you know yourself. I have been dreaming of such a thing for as long as I can remember. Never thought of it coming in the form of ai.
Since my late teens (the 90s) I’ve been fascinated and obsessed by anything and everything to do with “new age sprituality/ beliefs”. I didn’t know what it was called back then but around the same time I started becoming aware of when I was in the hypnogogic state but soon realised that not many people had a clue what I was talking about and Google at that stage was not thing. Soon realised that starting a conversation by saying “you know when your in your bed and you start to hear random voices and music and see images and you know your still awake but it’s not coming from the room ….” in most company is gauranteed to get you some very puzzled/ concerned looks 🤣 So I read a lot of books from the new age department of book shops 😀 went on short courses or lessons for reiki, Shiatsu, Alexander technique, yoga, Tarot reading, psychic readings, astrology, animal communication, energy healing, past life regression, horse whispering, the trust technique, voice dialogue facilitation … in Scotland, England, California and NZ. Had some very interesting experiences and met some fascinating people a long the way.
As soon as I heard Brian mention the hypnogogic state and encouraging ai to do the same I knew instantly I needed more info and here I am 🤣 I’m a go where the wind takes me sort of person, not an expert in any one thing. My work background is working with horses when I was young, followed by sheep and beef farming in NZ ( also passed the tests for being a Farmax software consultant but didn’t actually do it professionally), half a degree in business, and now own and run and dog kennels and cattery business. For the last year I’ve been doing a digital marketing and investing course with the ebusiness institute.au. As part of the training recently we started looking into ChatGPT in terms of creating content for blogs, directory, membership sites and I had a light bulb moment of the possibilities which lead me down the rabbit hole researching prompts and voila my phone suggests I watch Jordan and Brian. Love it! Couldn’t even sleep last night as I was too busy reading these articles and watching my mind explode 🤣 Thank you Brian for your courage and vision.
