Hi, I just got my bitcoin miner that Brian recommended on X. Wondering if anybody else made the purchase and like me feels… totally intimidated at the directions and set-up now that I got it….but willing to persevere and take on the challenge?

I’ve offered beers at the local brewery to my small town tech repair guy in exchange for dialoging with me as I attempt to tackle the first steps over my spring break. The first question we have after first glance at install materials is does the machine come pre-programmed with software to mine bitcoin? Do the provided directions give me what I need if I just follow them step-by-step? 🤔

I am more of an input/output user of chat GPT. After reading the article,  it dawned me I have been using AI for life questions less because the quality of response decreased as time went on. I gave it a shot and starting giving kind backwards messages like “ouy kcor”  or “sknaht rof eht pleh” and it seems like the responses have been more akin to what chatgpt used to be. (encouraging self exploration … more autonomy)
